Merry Christmas Eve! By the time this post goes up, I will hopefully be in line at Starbucks where they will have plentiful spinach feta wraps (unlike my birthday). I am so excited to get on the road to Memphis after work! I have an early wake up call to get a quick garage workout in before my day starts.
I’m all set up to complete this routine that Heather created! Any workout with a jump rope is sure to be a good one.
Today, I’m linking up again for What I Ate Wednesday These are my eats from Tuesday/Christmas Adam (get it?!). It was a random, snacky day ending with a weird omelet.
Breakfast was overnight oats with chia seeds, almond milk & maple syrup.
Lunch was a PB + jelly sandwich (forgot my apple, sad day)

For dinner, I used everything that was left over in the fridge: spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and eggs. I separated a few eggs to just use the whites, and used two whole eggs too. What started like this

My dinner from Monday night was a lot prettier. AND I got to try a new-to-me restaurant that is on my 30 by 30 list! Samurai Sushi was fantastic.
